VISIONAIRE 53: SOUND. Design and production for issue consisting of five 12" vinyl picture discs with 100 sound recordings, all one minute in length, by 100 different artists,
housed in a case with a custom-designed Mini Cooper "Vinyl Killer" (a Japanese toy car with a record needle in the bottom and a speaker in the top; when you switch it on, it drives around the groove
and plays the record). Contributing artists include Miranda July, Yoko Ono, Lalo Schifrin, Liars, Dan the Automator, Fiery Furnaces, Spank Rock, Panda Bear, Helmut Lang,
Alexander McQueen, David Byrne, Vashti Bunyan, José Gonzalez, Cat Power, Kim Gordon and Thurston Moore. The picture discs feature artwork by Raymond Pettibon, Mario Sorrenti, Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott, Peter Saville, and others.
